ARK was the debut exhibition of Copley Artspace which came into being during my time in the Flinders Ranges May-July 2005.

With Anne-Maree Taranto, Carrie-Ann Bramble, Jeremy Nuske, Richard of Copley and Fiona of the world renowned Quandong Bakery, the artspace, the theme of the Ark and the artists all fell into place.

Things were just like that out there....

" The artists of this exhibition were drawn to this area by means of labyrinthine synchronicity from places as far and wide as Melbourne, Brisbane, Far north Queensland, Sydney, Tasmania and the Kimberley, and have come together with a vision of The Ark on the Inland Sea in a landscape carved by the Arkurra. WELCOME ABOARD "
